EOCC Annex Building - Guidelines for Use

The use of the EOCC Annex shall be restricted to the storage of church-owned materials,
including medical equipment, church fair props, Sunday School and VBS supplies, and other church committee materials as needed.

The work area may be used by church committee members/individuals for the development of church-related projects.

Medical supplies will be stored in a secured area of the building and will have its own key.

Those who use the building will be responsible for the orderly storage of all materials in designated storage areas, and shall be responsible for the cleanup of all work areas.

Access to the facility may be gained by use of keys to the building and medical equipment areas.  These keys will remain in the church office and provided, as need indicates, by the church secretary.  Anyone wishing to access the building will be required to sign-out and sign-in the key(s) at the beginning and end of each period of use.  A book for recording such use will be provided in the church office.  Indication of the type of medical equipment borrowed will also be recorded.

Anyone needing to access the building during non-office hours must make arrangements with the church office during normal working hours in order to secure the key(s) in advance of the needed date.

Special use of the building may be granted after review by the Board of Trustees.

Copies of these guidelines shall be kept in the church office and provided to those who use the facility.
